Elite Construction & Renovations LLC is a general building contractor based in Cumming, GA, serving Metro Atlanta. This policy explains what happens to the information you give us when you ask for an estimate or get in touch.

We collect only what you give us when you ask us to do something:

• Your contact details — name, phone number and email address.
• Where the work is — street address, city and ZIP code, when you tell us.
• What you need — the type of project, your timeline, your budget range, and anything else you write in the form.
• How you reached us — whether you came from our website, a Facebook or Instagram form, a Google ad, or a phone call, and which ad or campaign it was.

We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, your bank login, or any government identification.

Requests reach us through the form on this website, through Facebook and Instagram lead forms, through Google Ads, and when you call or text us. When you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us the answers you filled in on that form.

We use your information to answer you, to schedule and prepare an estimate, to do the work if you hire us, and to follow up if we have not heard back. That is the whole list. We do not build profiles and we do not use it to advertise to you elsewhere.

Text messages are optional. Giving us your phone number does not sign you up for texts. We text you only if you check the separate box on our request or booking form agreeing to receive text messages from Elite Construction & Renovations LLC, or if you text us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of booking: without it we reach you by phone or email.

What we send: messages about your specific estimate request and appointment — scheduling links, confirmations, reminders, and replies to messages you send us. We do not send promotional or marketing messages. Message frequency varies with your request (usually a few messages). Message and data rates may apply.

To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. It takes effect immediately and we will not text you again; you may get one last message confirming it. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (470) 680-1801. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or just tell us.

Your mobile number and your text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. They go only to the messaging provider that delivers our messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out of messages never affects work already under way — we will still reach you the way you prefer.

We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share it only with the companies that make our business run, and only with the part they need:

• Our website and database hosting providers, which store the record of your request.
• Our email and text messaging providers, which deliver the messages we send you.
• Meta and Google, when your request came through one of their forms or ads.
• Our payment processor, if you pay us — we never see or store your full card number.
• Subcontractors and suppliers working on your project, when they need your address to do the work.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.

We keep records of estimates and completed work for as long as we need them for warranty, tax and legal reasons. If you asked for an estimate and never hired us, you can ask us to delete your information and we will.

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (470) 680-1801 or email eliteconstructionmarketing@gmail.com and tell us what you want. We will not charge you for it and we will not treat you differently for asking.

Access to customer records is limited to the people who need it, and connections to our systems are encrypted. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we do not keep information we do not need, which is the part that matters most.

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
